Does this look bad? how can I style bloomers if it doesnt? BE HONEST

I wanna know if the outfit matches. I wanna style the bloomers, but I'm not sure if the top is it. Any advice to elevate the outfit or is it doomed? If the top looks bad, how can I style the bloomers? And how good does the outfit look? Is top too big? I also feel like my body type looks fat when I wear the outfit does it look bad?
