Help with injured hens

Looking for some help on injured/bald spots on the backs/bellies of a few of our hens. We've used the Hen Healer blue ointment, veterycin, no pick spray, nothing seems to stop other hens or even themselves from picking at it. we put the most injured in isolation for a couple weeks and didnt see any changes. we've tries mating saddles but the roo just moves them out of the way and still tears them up. He's currently in isolation but the hens are quite upset about that. Just trying to figure out other things to try, it feels like our whole flock is just getting tore up by each other.
