Highlighting certain text contained within a text issue

Hi guys! Confusing title. Hopefully I can explain this better.

I am trying to highlight a column that contains the text “RAF”, however I have a “CRAF” also in that column. The column also contains many lines that say CRAF RAF. I only want it to highlight the columns with CRAF if RAF is present as a separate word.

I’ve tried to do a text to column since CRAF should be the first word on any row. But some of the rows in this column are 20-30 words and RAF could be in any of the other words.

I’ve focused on an example of a cell. I am just struggling with the formula to use. Please help!

Example in comments.
